Conditional Copy & Paste Macro

I need a macro that can look in column AB between rows 5-29 and if the date listed is older than today (which is represented in cell Q2), move the entire row to 1 of 4 tabs depending on the two letter initials in column D between rows 4-18. There are blank rows and when the macro is finished I would need them hidden. All other rows on this sheet are protected with a password. After copying and pasting the row to the new sheet I would need to clear it from the main sheet. Thank you!

Also, the formulas I have on the bottom left are a bit much. If you could figure out a better formula or include it in the macro somehow.
