compare & delete rows

dear friends in my document has two sheet.i want to match first sheet column "K" with second sheet column " M".in second sheet all matching rows should keep & non matching rows should delete,if that both columns are matched & first sheet column "L" is empty or cell value " Balance " then that time also second sheet rows need to delete,pls make macro for this.thanks.
ex-
first sheet column "K" 456751 & column "L" is empty then second sheet column "M" 456751 row should delete.
first sheet column "K" 456751 & column "L" cell value is " Balance " then second sheet column "M" 456751 row should delete.

Dear antoka05.u can see compare to first sheet second sheet has lot off data.this macro should delete all extra rows in second sheet & keep balance only the match with first sheet.pls help me sir.
