I have a number of PowerPoint files with upwards of 125 slides in them each. Each of these slides is linked to a picture on varying sheets on 1 of 2 Excel files. To update the slides, I have to open one of the excel files, open a specific sheet, enter one of my project numbers into a specific cell, hit enter, and go back to the slide and manually update the link. I do this for every slide on every PowerPoint file, every week.
I am trying to find a way/write a macro that will automate this for me at the push of a button. I would like to be able to open an Excel file (or whatever is best) every Tuesday (for example) and click a button that will make all of this happen for me at once.
Any ideas, suggestions, or guidance will be very appreciated!
