Date format macro and copy paste

    Hi there,

I need to change the format of text in tw columns into and date then copy the specifica cells over to the same row but different column.

the text is in teh format 201003 and this needs to be 31/03/2010 or 200909 needs to be 30/09/2009.

these are in Columns C and D.

Once these have been change to the correct format I need these valuse put into columns A and B. I cannot copy the whole columns as there is already other information in column A and B that is needed I simply want the onfo in C and D to be added.

I have attached a sample of the data

Ideally I want this in a macro.

Not sure if this is possible at all.

    thanks in advance
