IQY File: Can I filter results through IQY file itself?

I'm an intermediate excel user using Excel 2003, and I've figured out how to utilize IQY files to import web pages into spreadsheet form. My question is this:

Within the actual .iqy file, is there a way to filter results after the:

WEB
1
<URL>

If not, is there a way to do this from a public website?

Should I explain the question in a different way?

I'm trying to import a table from a website using the web query tool, but have that table automatically filtered when it is entered into Excel 2003. For example, if there are 100 records in the table, I want it automatically sorted by Top 10 Date.

Is it possible?
