My loop macro doesnt work

Hi i am trying to write a looping macro which scans the column upwards (cell by cell) until a certain target cell. This target cell must have a condition depending on its unique value in another column(20 columns away) and then the loop stops and the cell is selected. Afterwards, I would want to select the cell which i originally came from and input a value which is incremented from the value target cell. I have tried my best to make it sound less complicating but here is what ive got so far.
