Generating a Random Number of Random Numbers

I assume macros may be the best way to tackle this problem but I don't have much experience writing code. Essentially I would like to generate one random number (say from 1-10), then generate that number of random numbers. For example, if a 3 is the initial number generated, then I would like to generate 3 random numbers somewhere else on the worksheet.

I suppose I could accomplish this using a lot of IF statements, but that seems like a messy solution. I may also run into problems later on if I run a number of trials, each dependent on the results of the last trial. Any help is greatly appreciated.
