Pivot Table runtime 1004 Error for certain users

I have a spreadsheet that runs comparisons from two different spreadsheets. At one point it makes a pivot table from one, then a pivot table from the other. The routine runs absolutely fine on my computer, and one of my testers can also run it flawlessly.

However, for my second tester, he gets this error:

I've pasted a large chunk of the surrounding code below to allow you to see what's happening. First a pivot table is created from APR Data, it's copied and pasted and formatted. Then data is copied and pasted in into the DstWkb, and a pivot table is created from that. That's when the error occurs, but only for one out of three users. I don't want to roll out to the rest of my users until I discover where the problem is, so would appreciate any help you can give.

Well, I was curious as to why 8 folks viewed my post and no one replied, and then realized it was probably because no one wanted to be rude by calling me an idiot for not figuring out my own problem, because it was really easy when I thought about it.

Why does a Macro that works with 2 different spreadsheets work for two users and not a third? It's not the macro's fault; always look for user error.

In this case, my errant user was using an old version of one of the two subject spreadsheets, which had minor formatting issues, preventing the pivot table from being created and resulting in an error. After I beat him about the head and shoulders for a while and had him open the correct spreadsheets the macro behaved quite nicely.

Thanks so much for not making me feel stupid. I can do that quite well on my own!

I'm pleased you solved the issue

I certainly wasn't going to call you an idiot, in fact, when I couldn't spot an error in the code - I decided it may be some crazy application level pivot table setting (if they even exist?) and thought I'd keep an eye on the thread to learn from the solution.

Sorry I couldn't teach you anything profound on this one. But sometimes it helps to be reminded of the basic issues tha always trip us up; user error, user error, user error.
