Re-naming a large number of files.

I have a problem, I have a few hundred files with a suffix that needs to be removed, however some of the files do not have the suffix,

I have a folder filled with files with names such as;

12143-XX-M2-223-000020 [0.3]

and 12143-XX-M2-224-000013

I need a macro that will search through the folder, find all the files with a suffix, which is the [0.3] and delete it, without affecting the other files.

Found a solution, but it involves manually seperating the bracketed files before running it;
