copy certain cells to 1 of 2 sheets, criteria based

Sheet 1 "ApplicationForm" , which is a input form for my pesticide technician to use as he or she applies chemicals and fertilizers. Sheet 2 "Chemrecords" is a database for multiple chemicals he may apply from "ApplicationForm" . Sheet 3 is a database for multiple fertilizers he or she may apply from "ApplicationForm" .

Getting to the point, the form page "ApplicationForm" has 3 sections. granular fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, and chemicals. Up until now I have made 1 macro button for each section, it copies one individual chemical or fertilizer and paste it to its corresponding database sheet. Over time i have found that more times than not my technician applies numerous products and more than one section at one occurance.

What i am needing help with is doing all this with 1 macro button

I am attaching this file to give someone a better idea of my problem and solution.

    thanks in andvance

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.
To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

    Edited this time only
    Hope that helps.
