Conditional Format with more than 3 formats, and different criteria per column

    Good morning,

I have read through many of the other threads regarding this, inGet cluding the references to "Getting Around Excels 3 Criteria Limit in Conditional Formatting", however not sure how to apply it in this instance?

On the attached sheet i have 5 columns in a scorecard, and each of those columns has 4 "levels". my problem is that the ccriteria for each level varies dependant upon which column it is in. (eg a top level score, or "Cruising at 44000 feet" in the Call Quality score is 88% or greater, whereas the same top level in the Data Quality aspect is 100%, and the top level under the productivity measure is a time based measure (less than 3 mins per PNR).

What I am trying to achieve is conditional formatting of the cell based upon the score entered. The colours are in rows 21-24.

How do I manipulate the VBA coding so it applied to one measure at a %score, another measure against a different %score, and futher measures entered by time? (the preference is for the time measures to stay as minutes & seconds rather than for example 82 seconds).

Just a bit beyond me ... i can do a entire sheet with 4 different colours, but dont know how to just do a column etc.

    Thanks

Could you show in your example the desired result you are looking for?

Hi Dave, any luck? This thread seems to have stopped quite suddenly?

The workbook is hard to understand, your desired result does not appear to match the original layout.

    Hi Dave

The original layout is showing the various levels a person can achieve, and giving the values for each of the 4 levels.

In application, the person will only achieve one of those 4 levels for each of the assessment topics, so will only require one row with 4 columns in it.

The example shows how a persons results may appear given their achievement level in each of the criteria, weighed up against the various scores to achieve the levels.

To put it in a basic context .... someone could achieve a standard of Low, Medium, High or Very High in any or all of the 4 categories, with a different colour representing each of these levels (eg all scores of Very High may be bright green, all Low may be Red etc etc). I am looking to highlight this level in their results table by way of colouring the cell, as well as having the actual score in the cell.

    Hope this clarifies
