Button to update alll pivot Tables

I have a workbook that has several pivot tables across multiple worksheets. I need a macro and/or button that will refresh all the pivot tables on a worksheet. I see where I can set the workbook to refresh upon opening, but nothing to set the worksheet to refresh upon activating. Thanks for your help.

In 2003 there is a custom button called "refresh all" which can be inserted in the toolbar. Don't know about 2007 though
