Cells that lock after initial input

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to do an audit spreadsheet for work. I'm not entirely sure that the format that I'm using is the best way to approach it, but it was my initial idea.

On the "Audit Sheet", I want to be able to select an employee, complete the 4 audits, and once the scores are finalized, push a programmable button, or have a one time VLookup(or anything else that would work), so that the scores update to the "Roll-up Sheet" for the applicable employee, and never change after I update the "Audit Sheet" with the next employee.

I'm not even sure that this is feasible, but I'm open to any ideas or suggestions.
