    Time Limit for Excel Workbook

    Hi,
I need to develop a time based model that i want to be expired after a certain amount of time. I mean like a trial version. After a certain date the excel workbook will not run, and will ask for password to run.
How can I formulate it or how to build a VBA Codes that will make this happen?
Your help will be highly appreciated.
    Best Regards
