Replace text in worksheet names

Hi,

I have a large workbook with the worksheets named as dates for each day of the year, e.g. 'May 6, 2010'. What I'd like to do is to automatically replace all instances of the string '2009' to '2010' in worksheet name tabs. I haven't found a solution to this so far, so I registered here to ask if any one of you can help. I'm by no means a programmer but I can understand simple programming logic.
