Excel Vba & Hyperlinks

Is there a way that I can programatically insert hyperlinks from VBA in to excel ?

What I need is this ;

I have a template sheet which has a hyperlink pointing to cell A100 i.e Template!A100.

When I copy this template as a new sheet (within the same workbook) and , for example, call this new sheet 'NewSheet' I need the hyperlink to be updated so in the new sheet it points to NewSheet!A100 instead of Template!A100.
