first sheet data need to update from second sheet

dear friends.here i have attached my document.i want to update first sheet according to second sheet data.my requirement is ,,,
01.need to check second sheet column "G" empty or not.
02.if column "G" is not empty then same row column "B" value need to match with first sheet column "K"
03.if anything matched & first sheet same row column "L" value is " NOT DYED " then that cell need to clear.
some time second sheet column "B" value is " 130216A " & first sheet sheet column "K" value "130216A-B".
in this case we have to match only first 6 characters.if whole cell is not match & first 6 characters only match then column "L" ," NOT DYED " word should change to " PART DYED "
i think my question can understand.pls make macro for this.thanks a lot.

It's enough you change a value in 'G' column on second sheet and macro will check all values in 'b' column on first sheet.

wow thanks a lot sir.i have two problems.if second sheet column "B" value "130216A" then first sheet answer not correct.but same value "130216B" then answer correct.
my second question is this second sheet data I'm daily taking from another department.if i over wright this report according that first sheet answer can i take.

I apologize for my mistake, see attache file where I correct macro.

When you overwrite data of second sheet please try to change one of values of 'g' column so macro starts and updates first sheet.

thanks for your reply sir.second sheet column "B" some numbers not available in first sheet column "K".because of that macro giving error.in this case macro have to avoid that not available numbers.

In attached file I've fixed the error.
I noticed that the macro is a bit slow because every time updates sheet1 with all rows of Sheet2.
If you agree I could modify the macro so that only updates the data for the current row of sheet2 and put a button anywhere in sheet2 to update all rows as actually do so when it is necessary you can still update all rows.
