Retrieve Checkbox info (true/false) and save to another file

Hi,
I'd like to retrieve data (true/false) from checkboxes in a file and compile it into another file (in the same folder).
Result:
1 folder with:
- Survey Data
- Survey files,...
If possible when I save a survey file into the folder ...the Survey Data sheet updates (when opened).
