Hidding Unused Rows based on column value

I have been able to adapt and use the below code to succesfully hide unused rows on different spreadsheets. My challenge now is that the column I am reading info from (currently Q) is not static on my current spreadsheet and can range from column M to column Q.Can I assign the column to look at as a variable based on the column heading?

Based on the data, the other solution would be to find the value "Grand Total" in column F and hide all rows (down to row 318) below the row where Grand Total is. This may be easier to do but I was going the other way becasue it has been succesful for me in the past.

    thanks for any assistance.
