enter value in userform, search and return a value

hello people iam loking forward for your help please. i am new in excel vba coding. i have been given an assignment.

i have been provided with data which i have attached. i have already made a form which have old account, new account and deparment. the idea is that the customers have been given new accounts. the customer should be able to enter the oldaccount and the old account should be searched and give the new account and the AName.

example enter old account--------- old account is searched------- bring the corresponding new account and Aname

oldAcc Newacc R# yt# FR# type AName
789 123yu8 2 4 6 7 rigger
