    Smile Expanding UserForm's Capability

I am trying to develop a way to track my activities at work. I work with steel pipes and on any given day may perform a wide range of activities, each of which I need to track. I would like to set up a form in to accomplish the following:

I enter the pipe number in the form along with the date, the activity performed and the status. When I click submit I would like VBA to search for the pipe number and from there use the empty columns in the same row to populate only the date, activity and status that were entered elsewhere on the form. This would make it much easier for me for obvious reasons - the elimination of redundant info being the greatest.

I have no idea where start with this one. I have attached a basic xlsm to better visualize what i'm trying to do. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    tony
