countif with 2 criteria

I was searching how to do countif with 2 criteria.....

I came across the following code online, is there anyway to add a 2nd criteria.... so column H = "Test"...... CountIf G = "Add" and H = "Test"

i have a ton of sheets on this... I didn't really want to create another one

question

will it take more memory to create another calculator sheet to run these formulas, or do it in VBA when needed
