    Using Turkish letters in VBA

    Hi all
    I faced with some issue.
I was creating a userform and I needed to use captions in my native azeri language, This letters look like these ones: ü, ö, ğ, ı, ə, ç, ş (these are turkish letters also)

I was able to use them by typing directly in controls. But I ciouldn't use them in VBE..((
Every time I tried to type them in VBE, letters turned into question mark. I can use russian letters.

I tried to change system locale for Azeri Latin (Azerbaijan) but it didn't help me.
    So what to do??
