Search & Display Records On Userform

Hi,

I´ve created a simple userform to insert data in a database sheet.
But i'm struggling with something that i've never done in xls.

Not all of the txtboxes can be filled in the userform. there are some txtboxes that can only be filled a few days later.

I need to find a way to search data, display it in the userform and then fill in the blank txtboxes.

Can anyone help me with some templates or maybe just the code?

I'm in a tight schedule.
