Change Cell Color based on daily entry

I am sure VBA can do this, just don't know how.

I have a list of items that are sold through out the week. I want the item cell in column A to change to GREEN if that item was NOT sold by either John or Jane on any ONE of the days.

For instance say, John sold a button on May 25 and Jane didnt. Cell A3 would turn RED. Both John and Jane would have to sell 0 on the same day on any item in that week in order for the Cell in collumn A to turn green or else it would turn RED.

Another example lets say both John and Jane did NOT sell a Button on May 25, then cell A3 would stay green for the rest of the week even if they sold a Button on each day for the rest of the week. The 'green' criteria was met on the first day.
