    Buttons on User forms

I have about 7 forms, in which, I am trying to set the accelerator keys to buttons in dialog. (For example, O for Ok and C for Cancel). I choose a button in the design mode, then , select the letter (from the caption of the button, example, if the caption is Load, I choose L), in the accelerator key item in the properties box.
However, when I do this, I am able to set it only for buttons in a couple of forms. In other forms, even when I set the accelerator key value, the letter does not get underlined.
    Can someone help please?

You'll probably get better help if you bother to acknowledge the responses you have had to your other questions, and Mark the threads solved when appropriate.
