    Data Advanced Criteria

    My code does not extract data based on the specified criteria. I have attached a sample file that should indicate the problem. If I use criteria1, it works fine, but I need to use criteria2 to extract the data as the employee name is selected from a drop-down list and I then use a vlookup to determine the start date which I use in the criteria range. The problem is the >=startdate, but I can't solve it?
    Thanks in advance

    See this site for more detail:

    You have to remove the "Month" title from J8, then use a formula in J9, like:

    =A2>=StartDate

    Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Thank you for your response but the above formula does not extract the data?
