I have multiple sheets that are in the same format with monthly information.

I want to use the summary sheet below to allow a user to input a month range and allow them to see the sum of each of the different labeled totals, and if a particular location (sheet) in the group does not go up to the certain month specified than I want that specific location to not display its information and say 'not enough data' for example. The sums that I want taken from the different sheets are in rows 15-26, because the other rows of information are calculations based on these sums and obviously require simple mathematical equations. BUT, for row 7 that is a cell that must be defined as the value of a cell 6 months prior to the end of the range taken from row 8 of the ABOVE templates.

Anyone know how to approach this? I appreciate any input.
