    Conditional pivot filtering

    Hi all,

I have a question i googled and can't seem to find the answer. I don't know if this forum is the good one but i think vba will be needed here to solve this problem

I have this worksheet with a pivot table on it, and depending on the report filter it displays different values.
What i would want if possible, is to filter to obtain only top5 values AND do not display rows when value is 0 (e.g when there is 3 values > 0 then display these 3 values and if there is 6 values display only 5 values)

You will find an example pivot table, based on the report filter, there is these two cases described.
I thought it was possible to apply two value filter at the same time but it seems that this cannot be done. So perhaps with a pivotchange event which will select the correct filter depending of the number of values, but is there an easier way?
Is it possible to simply count the number of rows displayed (other than counting rows with non empty values) ?

Thanks in advance for your help
