Update by time intervals

Hi there,

I have a file that grabs data from 15 other files, and them from it. If I alter data in 1 of the 15 files, I need to update the main file upon opening or vice versa. Is it possible to get the main file (or all 16 files) to update at chosen times of day or time intervals? This would really be useful as I do not touch the 15 smaller files - and it is hard to trust others to use them correctly!!!

It's possible as long as you leave the main file open.
