Extracting lines with changed data between sheets

Hi all,

I'm not sure whether this would be a formula or a VBA issue. I'm attaching a small example sheet to help with clarification.

'Data 1! contains an SAP dump with dates from 1/1/09 to 4/30/10
'Data 2! contains an SAP dump with dates from 1/1/09 to 5/31/09

I'm looking to do two things.
1. Extract all lines that have have a matching WO Number (D2:D25000) on 'Data 1! and 'Data 2! AND have the User Status (E2:E25000) changed from anything other than "FC", "FCAA" or "FCHP" on 'Data 1! to "FC", "FCAA" or "FCHP" on 'Data 2!

2. Extract all lines from 'Data 2! that do not have a matching WO Number on 'Data 1! AND have a User Status of "FC", "FCAA" or "FCHP"

I've highlighted the expected results on 'Data 1! and 'Data 2! and manually copied them to the 'Expected Outcome! sheet.

The current full sets of data contain over 12,000 records and could grow as large as 25,000, possibly more depending on how far back in time the query that creates the sheets is set to run.
