Copy and rename a sheet in an existing workbook?

I need a macro to save "sheet1" and rename it as the date found in cell E8 of sheet1. I want to save it in the same workbook. or just copy and rename the sheet. I have tried numerous macros from this forum and others but they are all saving to a new workbook. It seems like it should be simple for and expert, but this is day two of trial and error for me. Thanks in advance for your assistance

    shg,
Is that the complete code? Or do I need to add it somewhere in my current code?

Thank you so much it works great! Is there an easy way to disable the macros and eliminate the buttons in the save sheet ?
