Find and paste in new sheet

Hi,
I have work book with inventory.inventory (c:\ inventory.xls) I need to know the current inventory with or without opening the work book, being in Excel. The code needed for this must copy the last Current Stock row along with the headings and past it into a new sheet.
I am enclosing the workbook.
