    Create dropdowns in forms

Fairly new to VB and have an issue desperately needing help with.

So, I have a number of columns which need to be populated.

    A......B.....C.....D.....E

For this, instead of havinig a drop down menu selection for each I would like a form containing the drop downs.

When you have selected a line of drop downs there is a button which allows you to view the selection in a pane. Also an option to increse the number selected.

Finally an option which 'Adds' the selected lines into the worksheet. See attached diagram for a better explaination

NB - I understand and do have a separate worksheet containing the data needed in the drop down menus. (it is text, not numbers, numbers were easier to give as an example)

It's an excel-VB question. I just attatched a .doc because I used a diagram to explain my situation.

If you want help with Word, add a Word Document. It makes sense to add an Excel workbook for help with Excel

I think you want a userform but I haven't a clue what you need to do
    Hope that helps.

    Re: Create dropdowns in forms

Again, only reason I added a .doc was because I have used a diagram which is easier to explain my situation.

Anywho, here is a .xls as well so you can see my situation.

Please, any advice would be great. I really don't know where to start other than I have a separate worksheet with the items I want in the drop down lists and I have already created the form as it looks on the attached.
