How to add custom header and footer?

Hi,
I have attached 2 files, the excel file is basically same as word file
My managers asked me to change from this big word file to excel file, but keep the format same as word when i print using excel

I need help getting the header and footer (just like the ones on word file) to appear on every page of excel sheet
I figured out how header works (by selecting rows to repeat in page setup), but i can;t do the same for footer

The footer has to be the exact same type as the word file.
Can someone please tell me the code or any instruction to do that?

File > Page setup > Header/Footer, Custom Footer

You have Left, Middle and Right sections; your boss is going to need to be a little flexible.

Thanks but there is no other way to add the footer exacly the way that;s in word?
