Copy two columns of data to new sheet, offsetting column by one row

    Hello all,

I am writing a macro which takes some data from an XML table, and pastes it into a new data sheet.

With the XML source I am using, it seems to offset the two rows of data when it is imported.

What would be an efficient way to copy this data over and match up the rows? I expect some of the XML files to have 10-100K rows so thought I would ask about an efficient method. I read .Select was slow?

    Example file attached.

    Many thanks,
