Update newly added column with value

    Hi,

I have created a new table with create table and inserted the values in the columns. I have altered the table with the alter table syntax. Now i am trying to update the column with the update statement, but it throws me error "No value given for one or more required parameters."

    Hello Umamageswari,

    Welcome to the Forum!

Your code is an SQL query, but I am not sure what language is calling the query. Is it VB.Net?
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross
