Move a list files to different directories

I have a number of files within a single directory, the files within the directory are listed in a column in and in another column I have a destination directory I want each of the files to be moved to (each file could be sent to a totally different directory). By searching through the forum I have found how I can move all files from one directory to another but cannot find how you move a file based on a cell value to another directory based on a cell value.

Is anyone able to help?
