    Good morning Orange.CL

Microsoft introduce a sneaky VBA update when Excel 2010 was introduced, the VBA version jumping from 6.5 to 7.0. However not much has changed.

What has changed is the way API's are now dealt with. There doesn't seem to be that much discussion about this on the forums at the moment, but John Walkenbach posted this on his blog about the subject. That might give you a shove in the right direction.

I think your best bet in the first instance would be to get two versions, one that works on XL2007 and one that works on XL2010. If you really need one version that works in both, then you have a starting point, in that you know what works.

Are you using 64bit Excel 2010 or 32bit?

If you are using 64bit then the APIs have changed, so you need to review the link Dominic posted. It will explain what the arguments are.

API changed? Does it give effect on RGB display or the program that involves syntax like below?

By refering to the result of my macro when i run it with 2010,
I noticed that my excel file can only display the RED color... those cells tat within the range remained as white....

    Can advise or elaborate more????

    Many thanks!!!!

I've tested your file in 2010 and it works the same as in 2007.
