deleting and transfering rows using a macro

    Hey guys,

Eventhough I am alright with Matlab I have no idea how to program with excel using Macros. I am trying to do the following.

I have 2 tables, one is the amount of new broker and the other one consists of mature brokers.

Depending on the client count and the assest some new brokers might become mature brokers next year depending on the assumption given. An if function determines who will get the mature status and who remains new. What I am looking for is a macro which deletes mature brokers from the new broker table and transfers them into the mature brokers table for the next year. This should be repeated until 2015.

Please see the attached file so you can understand my problem better.

I hope this all makes sense.

I know I am asking for a whole macro which is a lot but I am running out of time for my submission Thursday.

    Please help me.

    Cheers

your assumptions are not clear. regarding assets does it mean assets leas then one million is new and above is mature. the second condition is that mature must have more than or equal to 300 clients. how is client increase is to be calculated must be only from year to year.

I know your deadline is today. But I did not notice this.
