Progress Bar or Message Box

Can someone help me add a progress bar to the macro RunResults in the attached spreadhseet?

If this is too difficult how about a message box that says "Calculating Results" when the macro RunResults is running?

Any help would be great. Thanks!

I'd recommend first working through all your code and checking it. Remove allunnecessary activating & selecting,look up some better ways of formatting & removing formatting.
