Divide one column from another (numbers) and paste answer in new column

I receive a monthly report that changes every month. I want to divide column 2 (first cell) from column1 (first cell) and do that all the way down the list (10,000). I know its easy to do it with formulas, but I need a macro code for this so I dont have to do it every month.

any ideas?

I tried recording it but I still can't figure it out.

So to be more clear.I want to Divide all the values in Column A with all the Values in Column B, and Paste the answer in a new column. One of the problems is that I dont know the amount of rows

Select the relevant cells in col B, Edit > Copy.

Select the top cell in col A (the one left of the first cell in col B), Edit > Paste Special, tick Divide and Values, OK
