Compare rows, cut matches to sheet, delete original rows

Hi Guys

A having a bit of trouble with the below code. The problem is that it is not deleting the original matching rows after moving them so that the 2nd loop is looking at 2 blank rows and the macro stops. I need to delete these rows after the cut/ paste, any ideas?
