Macro-Create a file and save it under a changing directory

    Hello,

Currently, I have a macro that will take a report and save it as "thereport" in a hard coded directory. What I want to do is change the location of that hard coded directory to be the same directory as the file i began with.

For example, if my report file is in C:\temp\files
then I would like the newly created file to also be in C:\temp\files
I do not want to hard code this directory because I would like the macro to be executed in folders located in different directories.

Below is a slightly more detailed process of the report file:

I have this workbook call it report. It includes data and a sheet dedicated for a final report
Well, this macro will calculate values based on the data inside the workbook and then export only the finished data report on a created file in a hard coded directory on my local hard drive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
