Populate different sheet based on cell color

I hope the description is accurate enough.

I want to populate a different sheet, say Sheet1, with the data in columns I, C, and N (starting in row 2) from sheet "Page1-1" (corresponding to columns A, B, and C in Sheet1, starting at row 4), in that order, IF the cell in column N is red (or simply not "no fill").

It sounds simple enough, but I don't know enough about VBA to make it work. Any help is appreciated, and the simpler the better.

Side note: How would I make it a button and/or automatically update?
