How do I delete a row if the cell contains certain numbers?

I have a spreadsheet and I want to either delete the row if cell L2 contains 0 thru 399, or 500 thru 799 or 900 thru 9965 or move them to a second sheet. Is there a macro out there that will do that? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure this will do all that you ask except for copying to another sheet.
