Need suggestion on macro to form a report

Dear Admin,

I always need to download the data from my system and need to do alot of tedious amendment on the report to come out with the correct format that I want, I hope can get some advise to macro it, is a must to use macro due to I have a lot of related situation ,I hope can get advices from you all, so I will do amendment later on on those coding to suit my needs, Thanks alot , Deeply Thanks
