Delete sent e-mail from outlook in excel VBA

Hi There,

Is it possible to delete an e-mail from the sent items box in outlook from an excel sub routine?

I'm basing the idea on delete the mail with a certain Subject for this sake lets just say the subject is "This One Silly".

You probably want to take my efforts at Outlook Coding with a pinch of salt but I think this will search through the selected folder and delete items with the specified subject:

Gents,

After thanking you for you help, Can I need more 2 favors

1-Can it be without showing outlook dialog box?
2-It move the message to "Deleted item folder", Can't it be deleted permanently?
