Choose which tool bar to download when sent a file?

Ok, so I've been working on a multi-language VBA project. In order for people to use it I must send out the file so they can download the Macro program I created. I've gotten that far, however I have three different toolbars on one file. Each is a different language. Is there an option when someone opens my document to choose which language toolbar they'd like instead of downloading all 3? Thank you in advance!!

You could check the applications UI language

This will tell you the ID for the UserInterface.

The returned values is one of the MsoLanguageID values. Use the object browser to see these values.
