Getting Files onto Excel

I am trying to get all my csv file names onto sheet 1.
There are other files in dir. I only want *.csv using Excel 2003/7

The dir : C:\test\data

This worked but has many files that were deleted< weird!!!!

tried your code it "wrote" nothing on spreadsheet.
Locals windows : showed info

Acctually, it did write....to wrong sheet...HOw I control sheet?

Never mind I figure it out, thanx
